AIUEO

A web-based MICE booking system built with Laravel, consisting of a customer booking platform and an admin dashboard for managing rooms, availability, and bookings.

The booking flow covers room selection, date availability and locking, booking submission, and manual payment proof submission. The project was developed from stakeholder interviews and observations, followed by requirements analysis, system and database design, implementation, and black-box testing using an Agile approach. The system was completed locally up to the payment stage but was not deployed due to budget limitations.
